Dry white wines

2023 R. Riesling (Mikulov)

Nicely balanced and mild, showing walnut aromas, subtle citrus and floral notes, a creamy texture, and low acidity. Approximately 15 bottles remain.

2024 R. Riesling (Mikulov)

Highly aromatic, with notes of citrus, green apple, peach, and jasmine; typical higher acidity and mineral notes. Excellent with dinner dishes.

2024 R. Riesling, Orange method (Mikulov)

Aromatic and complex white wine with high acidity, fresh citrus (lemon, lime), green apple, and stone fruit. The orange style brings dried apricot, tea, fine tannins, and a hint of spice, with a slightly astringent structure and pronounced minerality. Expect a pleasantly long, fresh finish.

2024 Pinot Blanc (Mikulov)

Medium-bodied white, showing classic apple, pear, and almond notes. Soft acidity.

2023 Merlot – Barrique, Silver Medal* (Valtice), *2025 Promenáda červených vín wine competition

Medium-bodied featuring plum, black cherry, and chocolate flavors with supple tannins and a smooth finish.

2023 Pinot Noir (Mikulov)

Elegant with medium acidity. Juicy fruits of ripe plums and blueberries. Earthy undertones followed by a full finish. Approximately 5 bottles remain.

Cuvée of 2024 Cabertin, Merlot & Zweigelt

Born of a perfect trinity, this blend unites the resilient character of Cabertin, the plush elegance of Merlot, and the vibrant soul of Zweigelt in equal measure. The palate is defined by a core of lush dark cherry and sun-ripened forest fruits, seamlessly integrated with soft notes of cured tobacco. This is also a bottle for the patient collector—a testament to the elegance found in balance. Aged 12 months in medium-toasted Austrian oak (Stockinger).

2024 Pinot Noir – French Barrique (Valtice)

Classic Pinot flavors of red cherry and raspberry are often plush and fruit-forward. Subtle spices & silky tannins typical of Pinot Noir clone 777.

2024 Merlot – Austrian Oak Barrique (Valtice)

85% Merlot with a sprinkle of Cabernet Franc and Cabertin (Cab. Sauv. crossing). This wine possesses a softer quality with some deep red fruit aromas. The taste is slightly rustic, with flavors of blackberries, ripe plums, and dark cherries. 12 months in new oak barrique. Perfect with a hearty dinner.

Přı́jemně vyvá žené a jemné vı́no s vůnı́ vlašských ořechů, jemnými citrusovými a květinovými tóny, krémová textura a nízká kyselost.

2024 Rýnský Ryzlink (Mikulov)

Vysoce aromatické vı́no s citrusy, zeleným jablkem, broskvı́ a jasmı́nem; typicky vysoká kyselost a minerálnı́ tóny. Výborné k hlavnı́m chodům.

2024 Rýnský Ryzlink Oranžová metoda (Mikulov)

Aromatické a komplexnı́ bı́lé vı́no s vysokou kyselostı́, svěžı́mi citrusy (citron, limetka), zeleným jablkem a peckovým ovocem. Oranžový styl přinášı́ sušenou meruňku, čaj, jemné třı́sloviny a náznak kořenı́, s lehce svı́ravou strukturou a výraznou mineralitou. Očekávejte přı́jemně dlouhý, svěžı́ závěr.

Středně plné vı́no s chutı́ švestek, černé třešně a čokolády, jemnými třı́slovinami a hladkou dochutı́.

2023 Pinot Noir (Mikulov)

Elegantnı́ se střednı́ kyselinkou. Šťavnaté ovoce zralých švestek a borůvek. Zemité tóny následované plnou dochutı́. Přibližně 5 lahvı́ zbývá.

Cuvée 2024 Cabertin, Merlot & Zweigelt

Tato směs, zrozená z dokonalé trojice, v sobě stejnou měrou spojuje odolný charakter Cabertinu, luxusní eleganci Merlotu a zářivou duši Zweigeltu. Chuť je definována jádrem svěžích tmavých třešní a lesních plodů zralých na slunci, které se plynule prolínají s jemnými tóny sušeného tabáku. Je to také láhev pro trpělivého sběratele – důkaz elegance nalezené v rovnováze. Zrálo 12 měsíců ve středně pražených rakouských dubových sudech (Stockinger).

85% Merlot s nádechem Cabernet Franc a Cabertin (křı́ženec Cab. Sauv.). Toto vı́no má jemnějšı́ chuť s tóny tmavě červeného ovoce. Chuť je trochu rustikálnı́ s tóny ostružin, zralých švestek a tmavých třešnı́. 12 měsı́ců zrálo v nových dubových sudech.
